I wanted to add to everyone elses comments about....AL is........ DA MAN !

I had just bought a used 03 Evo last Sat that I thought was a virgin
(Al showed me differently) The car seemed a bit slow,but this is my first one I had driven and was comparing it to my 04 STI which already has a Intake and TBE.

I found some info on DynoFlash and gave Al a call on Memorial Day and figured I would just leave a message. NO! he answered and we spoke about a few things and then mentioned this site and that he would be in town in a week and could maybe squeeeze me in for a tune. Al managed to give me an 8:30 am Sunday appointment to work around both our hectic schedules. I was very impressed with his dedication to get me in.

so.......... I installed my Ultimate TBE and intake Friday and the car seemed a bit better,but still not what I was expecting. I then installed a boost gauge yesterday and found that the car is only making 11psi

I called AL for some help and to cancell the appt. since the car wasn't right. I got a call from AL at 9:30p.m and he said get to the hotel and lets look at it. I get there at 10:30 and AL showed me a few things and the hacked vacumn line at the boost solinoid. The line was replaced with reg vacumn line when the MBC was probally removed and thats the cause of no boost. The car also had a piggyback system on it by the connectors on the pcm wiring. oh well the car seems tight and is very clean. I got a killer deal from a friend on the car. I just wish I knew about these things.

We where there until 11:30 and we ended up doing the base flash,bought a Forged BOV and he is sending a MBC out next week for me.

i just got the flash today too. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! even tho i just got the base flash, the difference is already VERY noticable! it's really a good starting point! i just cant wait until i got more mods and get the full custom tune. thanks AL!

AL, I said it before and I will say it again..... You are 50% part of the reason I bought the car. I heared so many good things about you, that I knew that if I get the EVO, it will take a rocket to beat me after I get tuned. I love what you did to my car and I cannot believe how good the car really runs. I love it, I love it................... I am crazy about this car and you just wait and see. I will make you proud man. I want to run 10s with your flash and your alcoho injection. I am working with some Engineers, who are trying to makes some parts for me to make my car more aerodynamic. This should help me to hit 10s I Hope We will just have to wait and see. Thank you again for the Tune.....

Relax bro - its mid day wed - I just returned to CT on Monday from Chicago. As i told you when I was in Chicago I was expecting more MBC's mid week - which just happend to arrive today.

Now i see that you do not want the MBC so I will refund you the difference shortly - thanks
