First of all you are not entitled to any refund - that is the reason why I take deposits so when I book a plane ticket there are people to tune when I arrive. Once the date is set there are no refunds.

I am going to refund your deposit anyway just as a matter of good business.

However - I am very busy and have not had chance to sit down and search my pay pal history to find your payment and issue a refund.

When I have a few spare minutes I will issue you a refund. It may take a day or so as I am quite busy.

In the meantime - I would ask that you refrain from as you say "highjacking" this thread. If you want to reach me you can email me, phone me or PM me.

I live in Los Angeles County (glendale).
It's up the 101 in Ventura County. I think Agoura Hills is the first town in Ventura County off the 101.

Yeah, I graduate this fall though... I can't wait. I'm considering transferring to Vegas within my company once I graduate for the same reasons. Does your husband drive the yellow Evo, because I saw a guy driving a modified yellow Evo when I was there last weekend.

Back to the subject (sorry), speaking of p0300 codes, I'm running without a cat right now (and I only drive off-road, of course ), so my SES light is on. Although I don't want to, should I buy a high-flow cat and install it before the tune to make sure I don't throw a p0300 code also? Thanks.

If you look at all of my posts when I first asked for a refund, it was WEEKS ago BEFORE you even made this thread of a concrete date.

I am going to refund your deposit anyway just as a matter of good business.
Thanks. That is all I'm after.

THIS is not good business. When you go to take back something that you don't want from a store, aren't you expecting a refund when you return it? I've given you ample time to refund my deposit (again, at least 2 WEEKS).

In the meantime - I would ask that you refrain from as you say "highjacking" this thread. If you want to reach me you can email me, phone me or PM me.
I have PM'd you. Emailed you 2X, and haven't been able to reach you by phone. All with no response. And what's the use? It doesn't seem like it would get me my refund any faster according to what you wrote in the above response.

When a potential customer has to literally BEG you for their money back and it's been MORE than a week of no responses, what is a person to do?? You aren't being reasonable at all. When I told you I had financial issues, I would've thought you would've at least expedited the refund instead of responding to me in the way you've just done. It is obvious that you are way overloaded with your work and need help. Until that happens, your customers will suffer...

Obviously, my polite request to keep your soap opera drama posting off this thread means zero to you.

I already told you I would send back your money as soon as I had a few spare minutes to do a pay pal search and find your payment to refund it.

BTW - I refunded your $75.00 today as I said I would.
