Why is it I can get no responce from any one at dyno flash????????
Ive made posts, ive left voice messages, I left Pm messages inquiring about the product..yet I get no responce!! Dont understand how there are so many happy flash users? is it because he only responds when there are problems in whitch there are alot?

I am sorry that you feel this way.

It is true that lately I have been 1,000 % over loaded and running about like a chicken with a head cut off.

Last week for example, I was on the dyno at Pruven at least 10 hours a day, trying like mad to get my car ready for a magzine shoot that happend this weekend while I was flying out to MN for a tuning trip which lasted Friday - Sunday.

Believe it or not, I try to address existing customers with problems FIRST - I think I owe it to them.

I am doing the best that I can to keep up with demand but many times I find my self up till 2 and 3 am falling asleep with the lap top on my lap with my wife comming and waking me up on the sofa the next am still in the middle or a response to one of the many PM's recieved.

Today I was up the carck of dawn doing testing on my Evo and then tuning on the dyno all day - running to fed ex to get out some through the mail flashes and now I must spend all night changing over my intake maifold for a A - B dyno test I want to finish tomrorrow before I have to head out to Nor Cal thsi weekend.

At some point I may have to consider hiring help - but I dont know of anyone qualified to answer most of the questions which I am fielding.

I am doing my best to keep everyone happy and get back to them as quickly as possible.

What He said^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^.You know it is funny to see this kind of post as any time I have ever called DynoFlash for any reason,I always get through.Maybe people should be Patient and call during normal Hours,or maybe I am lucky?

lol.....by the time he gats back the tune will be obsolete..its been 2 months now since my voice mail.

I asked direct easy to answer questions..im or was very interested in a flash..(by Al) but now Im worried that if i get it and have planes to upgrade, problems or what ever will it take 2 months for a fix or upgrade? In most cases people like to know what there getting into!

Hey Lukytry - it seems that I have been able to get back to a few people over time as there are over 1600 evos out there with my flash in them

BTW - your PM recieved June 16 involved technical questions which take time and effort to respond to. If you could imagine 15 or 20 similar PM's and emails a day all of which require individulized response when I am traveling it is hard to keep up with my inquires.

Hey dude I know you must get a gang load of PM's thanks for all you're help along with you're flashe's.

Im very interested in you're flash, all I plan to do is a nice exhaust and you're flash...

I would like to maintain the thrusting TRQ as i get from the stock ECU, Whats the best combo for increase across the board? With out loosing any TRq?

TBE or CAT back? I dont want to loose any of the stock feel? ohh one other thing..I guess ill have to add a MBC to the mix???
I wouldnt mind hearing what you would recomend?/

Those who have techincal questions or a question about which mods to run or how to modify a evo should POST the questions here on this forum as this way the answer can be read by others and it can have some future benefit.

Often, I find myself taking the time to write an answer to a question which has been already discussed here many many times and the answer could have been obtained just by usuing teh search function.

I don't want people to get me wrong, I love Evos and talking about Evos all day long. Often, I answer my phone till 11 or 12 at night. I work 7 days a week and at least 10 hours a day - sometimes s long as 16 hours. I am like any other small business owner trying to stay in business. I do not regret this situation. However, people have to understand that I am only one person and its impossible sometimes to answer the phone while I am in the middle of tuning a car on the dyno.

As for Lukytry - I would suggest that you pursue another reflash vendor for your tuning needs as I have no desire or interest in dealing with people who conduct themselves in this manner. Best of luck.
