Question for dynoflash????
i have a 2003 evo a am planning to install a walbro 255 before send my ecu to dynoflash, my question is with my current mods including the walbro pump your flash have the fix for the p0300 just in case? Or i should test it an wait for the code to appear and then you reflash with the fix.
What cause this p0300 code.

exact reason i havent gotten a flash yet. i have an 03 as well and its my only car and i need to drive it everyday so if i hit this code what does it do to your car? also will it ever go away or does it always come back?
The Dyno Flash if anything REDUCES the likelyhood of an 0300 code occuring due to tuning
The 0300 code issue is a problem with all Evos - even stock ones - s evidenced by the 3 softwear revisions issued by Mitsubishi thus far to try and correct the 0300 issue
If you get a 0300 code CEL - it will NOT effect your car's operation in any way - its NOT a limp code
My advice is not to worry about 0300 code issue unless its something that happens very frequently
In that case you can have the ecu flashed by mitsubishi dealer with new update softwear and I can flash over that - however - its not a guaranteed fix
There are many theories on what causes this code - eg drivetrain noise etc - basically its of no effect on the car and is not evidence of any problem other than compatability issues with oem softwear and CARB OBDII requirements
