AL your "Reputation" is at risk
If you go to the general evo forum you will find a very interesting thread about your in person work. I have myself question your customer service skills of late. Not only myself but for many others see you dont take the time to the people who purchase your ecu flash and the people seeking help. Now not everyone gets ignored. I have noticed you make post's to sell one of your products or when you have a group thing going in another thread thats what your attention goes to. Makes me an angry customer when someone sells you a product and lacks the professional that needs to be afforded to his customers. I dont care for you to say your are busy either. I have sat here and watched you respond to those threads while me and others get ignored. I don't know you personally but perception is a bad thing when you give people unprofessionalism. I do hope you start paying more attention to customers no matter how busy you are or even what part of the country you are going to.......
