Case study # 62 - alcohol no cams

Here is a car with

Injen Intake
3" exhuast
Walbro Pump
Hallman MBC

BR Alcohol Kit

Dyno Flash custom

I love the curve on this car, not the most whp ever made - but it was a very smooth - very nice running car on the road. its 95 degrees on the dyno here today so the numbers are a tad low. A very good quality tune.

This is the same car in case study #61 right? If so, that is a pretty impressive gain with the alky kit- 30WHP and 22WTQ

Different car than case study 61 and this is a 03

Torture tested back to back runs

The pulls stay identical - a very importnat point to test

Can you do Alcohol on a mail in flash or does it have to be custom?

At this point I only do the tuning for alcohol kits in person. The reason is that we have changed the jets and pumps and softwear on the alcohol kits about 8 times already. Now we have a final revision finished product so I may be able to have base maps within 2 -3 more months. Thanks

I'm surprised that it didn't richen up with coolant temp elevation on back to back pulls.

How much boost was this car running?

The runs were 4 mins apart which is just enough time to normalize the collant temps

This car was at 23 - 24 psi peak falling to 20 psi at red line
