Whats the best boost setting for a 2005 with following mods?

Injen Intake ( with upper intercooler pipe)
3" exhaust - no cat
Walboro 255
Hallman Pro MBC
Dynoflash

Im at 5600 feet elevation and the highest oct. fuel is 91
Im not afraid to modify the pills, I want to run the highest EFFECIENT amount of boost.

I was thinking 22-23 psi set with the Hallman Pro. Is this too high?

 

on 91 I would not go over 21 MAX
