Dynoflash/cold hesitation

Al,

Got my car dynoflashed a few weeks ago and love it. Added a turbotimer and K&N drop in (only mods I have done). Now that the mornings are colder the car seems to hesitate at ~2-3K rpm in 1st, 2nd and 3rd. This happens for about the first one to two miles. Since I only bought the car a month ago I dont know if it did this b4 the flash. Al, have u seen this b4, and is it common with these cars? I'm pretty sure its not the flash, but still wanted to know. There are no CEL's and I just had my front 02 sensor replaced (I reset the ECU after that to ensure it picked a new map).

Finally, if I go to ~7K in 1, 2,3 and then back off the throttle, still in 3rd and let the revs drop with speed, it sometimes feels like the fuel is being cut off as the car jerks once or twice b4 slowing down. Is this normal?

I assume not, as I didnt notice it when the weather was hotter. I was driving around for a few days with a dodgy front o2 sensor (giving P0413 code I think) because my dealerhip didnt order the part. The car was running rich for ~500 miles. Think I should check the spark plugs?

Idf you just had your front 02 sesnor replaced - you prob went too rich on closed loop and you fouled your plugs.

get a new set of BR7ES gapped to 26 and see how that works

Thanks Al. Sounds like a plan. Who makes those plugs?

I plan to get a TBE with high flow cat and forge MBC in the next 6 months, after which I will be visiting u and Pruven for a full custom tune/dyno.

Have you tuned anyone with a megan TBE with high flow cat? Their exhausts seem pretty good value-any coments on them? WOuld go for the Buscher, but I dont want to spend much over 1K for the exhaust and tune.

I'm open to suggestions with regard to the TBE. Whatever set-up I go for needs to be emissions legal, intermedate noisy, with no CEL's

My car has done that since I got it, but only right after startup when the motor is cold. It always goes away after a minute or two.
