I should be getting tuned on Oct 4th or 5th, I am thinking about getting the alky kit before you get here. Do you have any left? is it the same kit from Buschur? I plan on going on a road trip after the tune and had a question about the alky kit. If I drive mostley highway miles and keeping the revs around 3000-4000 (65-75 MPH) would I be using any alky? Dose it only kick on at a ceritin PSI?

The kit is very easy to install and use. You set the boost level for it to turn on (0-20psi) and then you set it where you want maximum pressure from the alky kit to hit (10-26psi). It requires a very small flat screw driver to change.

install was super easy. 4 color coded wires, 2 grounds, tap into a boost line, and a power wire that goes directly into your fuse box underneath the dash. Aside from pulling the front bumper off it was very easy.

I will let you know how it all works out after my tune at 12:30 today. Its full of meth and ready to go!!

any other questions?

Do not use toluene in that kit. It will dissolve your kit, get all over the place and may catch fire!

Use alcohol (isopropyl, denatured ethyl, or methyl) or distilled h20 only.

I have a newb question... how does the installation work out with the tune? I mean, can you install the kit and run without methanol / any alcohol for a week or so until you can get a tune or will this cause trouble?

This is the newest most up to date SMC kit which has proven 100% trouble free and working great

No package price - I can't even get these in stock - the guy makes them super slow

Custom tune for existing customer is $299 - 350 depending on location

It fits in stock fmic pipe
