Maryland tuning trip from MAY '05 - recall notice
It has come to my attention that my Motec PLM 02 Sensor (which I no longer use BTW) which I previously used to road tune most cars was likely malfunctioning on one particluar day last May in Gaithersburg, MD
I have reviewed the following customers tuning maps very carefully and they appear to be richer than is customary. I have determined with the help of member Warrtalon who brought this to my attenetion and helped me put the pieces of the puzzel together that everyone I tuned that day was tuned on the rich side. It appears that although the 02 sesnor indicated a/f's in the low 11 range when tuning these cars - the actual a/f was in the mid 10's to low 10's which is far too rich.
I am now offering these people a FREE 2 hour retune with my new data logging system - (new wideband 02 sesnor also). I am currently working out a return trip to Gaithersburg for mid next week. These people may make an appointment for this trip or a future trip or they may come to my location for immediate attention.
Also - they may mail in the ecu for a free adjustment of the feueling tables and I will cover fed ex both ways.
Here are the people effected by this notice :
Monday May 16, 2005
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon - Sir Lurks Alot - Deposit paid
12:00 - 2:00 p.m. - kl505 - paid in full
2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. - MadMsheen - deposit paid
6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - ARYEVO - deposit will be paid tonight
8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - spragueevo8 - deposit paid
I applogize to these members for the problem. I work hard to achieve the best possible result every time and on this ocassion it appears that an equipment malfunction has caused an error. I intend to make good on this and re-tune each car.
Those effected please PM or call me

Hello Al I was part of the tuning trip in May of 2005. You acctually tuned me Wallyevolution, SterlingEvo, and AryEvo on Sunday night the 15th. I would appreciate it if you added me to the list for free retune.
Thank you.
