Ok i just ordered my 272/272 cams and hks suction kit today and was thinking about sending in my ECU to get the Base-Reflash for my mods(Full 3'' Turbo-Back,Cams, Greddy BOV, HKS intake and hallman MBC) and for the cams to run right. so i was thinking about when to send in my ecu. Should i send it now before i get the cams and intake installed or after i get them installed?

 

The car will run without the flash with those mods. Hell mine did for a week before I got a custom flash.

 

they recommend you dont put the mods on first the car really wont run right. if your going to put the cams in yourself put them in and drive it to get it tuned personally i would not drive for long at all with those mods and no tune..just to be safe.

 

doesnt the custom tune require me to bring the car to dynoflash?

My car ran like a stock car with all of mods before the custom flash. No idle issues or stalling issues AT ALL!!! Just the flash made it stupid faster. Base flash should yield similar results.

 

It is best to send in the ecu at the same time you do the mods of course but you can drive it either way as long as you stay off boost
