As far as stock turbo headers - I used to use on in my evo when I ran a stock turbo

At the time my findings were that the aftermarket headers were good for slight TQ gains - about 11 - 13 TQ was my gain and some mid range whp

What I found was after a while it would crack and need to be re-welded - when they crack you loose whp

They do look slick and they add a better "sound" to the car

David Bushur had a few stock turbo manifolds there a couple of weeks ago and he said he was planning to test them shortly - just waiting on the RNR unit he said

I used to use the DN products unit and found it was a decent unit

If I had a dialy driver I would get a ported stock manifold coated from Buschur and run that

wow good post. im also in the need for a manifold. but im looking at stock ported or aftermarket. like the dmp. but al there is the maxford, ssauto crome, and another brand that are all the same as the dmp but a hole lot cheeper. do you maby no why. is the piping smaller on the inside diamitor? is the piping thinner? or what is the difference? also lets here what your findings where on bouth dmp and stock ported. with eather manifold did you notice and loss in power or torque thru out ANY of the rpm area. did one have a beter gain in the rpm area and about where did you notice the greater gain and witch one was it, ported stock or a/m? al if you could reply to all of this with a lil pro and con of each i think this will help alot of people out on making the right move. thanks for the info and help. also dont forget about me for friday. if you dont remeber send me pm. al keep you the good work. thanks.
