I had the TMO Stage 3 chip in my old Talon which allowed you to adjust the launch RPM point. Stutterbox RPM limit was engaged when the speed sensor read zero. I would build about 10PSI of boost just sitting at the line. Once moving this launch RPM was released and the upper RPM limit kicked in.

I would adjust my launch from anywhere between 5500-6500RPMs depending on track conditions to make sure I got 1.6 second 60 foot times...

One launch point is not optimal, but better than nothing.

Concur on all points. If Al can figure out how to add incremental, user-adjustable 2-step launch points, then that would be the ticket. For now, I'm just happy to have one at 6k!
