tuning notes for member 5slow
5 Slow had his pals bring his lovely Evo down today in South Florida for a tune
he could not make it so i wanted to post the notes from the tune for him to review
#1 The boost is comming on a bit lazy - try to tighten the wastegate a bit and see if that helps (not too tight)
#2 - Your spark plugs seem to have a bit if miss fire or scatter up top - try changing them with a fresh set if not that maybe the coils are tired
#3 - The gas in the car is on the knocky side but the tune is as agressive as it can be for pump gas
#4 - The defi boost gauge is 1/10th a bar on the high side
I set the tune for 22 peak - it was holding boost well no leaks
#5 - My a/f gauge - calibrated was reading 1/3 a point higher than your dash mounted AEM - the tune looks richer slightly on the AEM - I know my gauge is accurate
Thanks for the business hope you like the tune
