Once payment is received, your slot is reserved. This goes for all custom road tunes only. Base flashes do not need a timeslot nor deposit.

It is complicated and there won't be time for it amidst all the other scheduled tuning.

03 Evo 8 return custom tune customer

BTW, it says this trip is not confirmed because of not enough deposits????? We have had five for a while and now with sandm, we have a sixth.

Didn't know if this was a typo or not

It's just part of my template until Al himself tells me he has 5 confirmed deposits. It doesn't matter what people say in the threads - most of the time it doesn't match. I'm sure you guys are fine, though, so no worries.

Please put me down for the 4-6 slot. I'm the guy that paid in full in December and am still awaiting the road tune. Had to get the dealer P0300 reflash update yesterday.

For a near stock car is it wiser to just do a mail flash vs a custom road tune?
Also when is it ideal to do the custom road tune?

A custome tune is always ideal. I think you will not be disappointed with a base flash. Al's flashes do wonders. Maybe the big man or Warrtalon can give you some advice.

Here's the key points, and I think you can decide based off of these:

1) A custom tune is _always_ better.

2) If you're stock and plan to add mods in the near future, get a custom flash.

3) If you're not going to mod again soon, then a custom flash is best no matter what mods you h ave.

Remember if you pay for a custom tune, you can get free reflashes for mods later on down the road without paying the 100.00 reflash fee........if this is incorrect Warr, please inform of a new policy.

Free mail-in flashes for life, but subsequent custom road tunes are $300.
