I'd certainly be ready for a tune if Houston is a stop along the way. Hopefully by then, the alky kit and fuel pump will be installed and ready to go.

Im going to need a custom tune for my alky injection. So you can count me in for the 23rd of July, I really think that July 1st is too close to get people to fill in the spots. But if we can get enough people I'm down for the July 1/2 tune. Warr or Al please let me know before I send my ECU out to get reflashed for alky.

 

how much of a gain would i get from this custom tune over a mail in flash>? Thanks. Also, my evos at about a stage 4 with mods.

 

It's hard to give hard numbers, IntegxX, because it depends on your car and setup. The mail-in flash makes good power, but it is just not 100% optimized to get all the power possible while making all the power perfectly smooth. The custom tune will do this, so you'll not only have some actual gains through the powerband (including peak hp/tq), but you will get a very nice and smooth powerband.

 

I see that an earlier post stated that Pruven Performance is in Stamford, CT, but the only business I found by that name is in Milford, CT. Is this the place, is it affiliated with Al's shop, or a different place all together?

 

Same place. Dynoflash's office is in Stamford, but he often goes to Pruven to tune cars.

He's been to AZ twice recently, so it's unlikely that there are many Evos left that need tuning. However, if you drum up 5 deposits for custom tunes, he'll come back right away.
