Ya... We got everything done at like 11:30 and got it on the dyno... With all the previous tuning Al did before we worked on it, it was perfect... running like 10.9-11.1, 331hp/330tq or something like that... It has some more in it but it was so late and Al wanted to go home... I might come up with a little more money to finish up my tune next time he comes out... Guys at IA are top notch... Good choice to have it there...

Mike,

The update is the story of never ending, people interested on this tuning must send a $100 paypal deposit and let me know so that the ball can start rolling.

The way I look at it and knowing how busy Al is already on his agenda this tuning might not happend until July at least...

He can't. He depends on demand, there is demand but there is no serious customers showing signs of willing make a deposit. Step number one is to secure a deposit.

Al can't afford to waste his time by having people backing up, a deposit is a must, Al need to make reservations for hotel , plane tickets and car rental and off course this also means that we are compromising other Evo Owner around the country.

We really need to step up and do it, it ONLY depends on us, Al is eager to tune our cars but obviously I can see his frustration as well.

People can spend money on exhaust, air filters and stuff like that however having your car tune for an affordable budget seens to be difficult

Guys make your deposits($100 each which goes towards your final tuning bill).

my .2c

Carlos

Sounds like a plan i dont know if you wanna discuss the tech charge as well i know this would make it easier on AL and on us (iA Performance) but anyhow this is gonna cost $70.00 and it includes a complete inspection, compression test, a pressure check for boost leaks and replacing the spark plugs, I believe the last time AL came there was a few set backs and we'd like to have this run as smooth as possible, the car that is meant to be reflashed would have to make it down before AL is here, that way if anything needs to be fixed, it can be done before your tuning session. This excludes guys from out of town seeing that not everyone who comes to these will be from Tucson...Any feedback on this would be great, lets try to get this ball rolling as fast and as smooth as possible

How many people have sent deposits to Al? I will send a deposit if you think this may actually happen, I would like my IX MR custom tuned.. I am firm if we can get 5 people.

Is there still interest in this? I will make a deposit immediately if there is. I can try and get my brother-in-law in as well. He needs another look at the tune with a replaced BOV. Carlos, PM me if you think we can get this together. As I said, I will pay deposit immediately.
