please respond. i do not have the bird flu

al, i pmed you about getting a quick ajustment on my ecu. i have also stated my needs to warrtalon. this is a NO MONEY out of al's pocket deal. This is something id like to get done right away. i have points race this next weekend and you have my lauch control set too high. you of all people being a money and points drag racer should know how important it is to have the car set up right. i sent you a pm stating id pay overnight shipping both ways and all you have to do is move the rpms on it down to my requested rpm. please show a little support to your customers and at least actnowledge that you have read this. id like to be able to send it to you tomarrow (monday the 8th) and get it back no latter than thursday. im begging you please dont ignore and discount my request. thanx billy pm me and i will give you my cell # again.

PM

it really bothers me when people who have no patience can't even give me a few minutes, hours of god forbid a day to respond to a PM before they start cluttering my forums with these kind of personal messages

I am sorry but I must decline your request to modify your two step limiter

You can and are free to launch the car without the two step as you would normally launch the car at any rpm limit you desire

I have a firm policy which has been long standing to NOT alter two step rev limits through the mail

I do not want to make an exception in your case as it would not be fair to the rest of the people who I told I could not accomidate them

To explain, it takes me roughly an hour of time to open a box, figure out what is needed, find your original base map, open the lap top launch the editing softwear, then save the revised map and then launch the flashing softwear and reflash the ecu. Then I must log onto fedex.com and make a shipping label and then drop the box off at fed ex.

This is why when i came out with a two step option, I elected to NOT offer it as an upgrade for previously flashed customers and also why i do not allow people to send them in for adjustment.

I hope you can understand my policies.

If you have any additional questions or comments - use PM

Thanks
