Quick question, post-flash

Here's the deal:

I received my ECU along with a boost controller and fuel pump from Al. I was running an HKS RS intake, but I am going to use an Apex'i air filter and had Al flash accordingly. I am supposed to have my mbc and fuel pump put in Thursday, but my air filter, which was supposed to be in today, will not be in until Thursday as well.

So, can I put my old HKS filter back on to drive the car? And, would it be okay for the fuel pump and mbc to be put on without that Apex'i filter on. I would put that filter on later in the evening. Or, do I need to reschedule to have the new parts put in?

Thanks, guys.

Ok, Al, thanks! Can I have the mbc and fuel pump installed with the HKS filter? You tuned the car for the Apex'i, but will it be okay to have those parts installed with the HKS filter on?
