Al, I was reading up on the other threads & noticed that it takes up to 3 hrs for the IX's. Please verify because I believe we have several 9's including myself with the IX MR.. Also, fellas, I am available to have a meet any day of the week after 4pm & on weekends after 6pm Saturdays & any time Sundays.. Lets call each other & see what day might be best for this meeting & take it from there. I mean, we should meet at least a week before Al comes to finalize our time slips anyhow. By the way, I would prefer anytime before 11am or after 4pm on Tues. On Wed I would prefer anytime before noon.

Al, I was just wondering if you were still taking in more people or have chosen to stop at a certain # of cars? There are more people becoming interested now that everything is 100% go with the trip... Guys, please don't get me wrong & no disrespect at all, It is Al's trip & its really up to him to make this decision. I'm just trying to clarify due to his limited time with us...

The 3hr thing is long since gone. Notice the last 5-8 trips or so...2hrs for every car. This is because TechTom updated their flashing software so that it no longer takes 18 minutes per flash - instead, it's like 2-3 mins, so things go much more quickly.

He'll flash as many as you want...just sign 'em up...

With the new equipment the IX takes no longer than the 8's which is why I have recently made the prices the same for all evos

Back early last year it took much longer to physically flash the IX's but that has improved

Presently I am flying in on the 15th at 8 PM - I could do one or two that night but wont book any unless its urgently needed

I leave on the 17th at 10 PM

IF we book more cars that I can do in two days I will delay my return one more day and fly directly to DC which is my following trip

Anyone who wants to get tuned SHOULD SEND IN A DEPOIST NOW!

$100 deposit for a custom tune, then $400 total ($300 more). A flash is a custom tune - a custom tune is a flash. They're all flashes. I think you meant you'd at least like a BASE flash if not able to get a custom flash. In that case, there is no deposit, and it costs $175.

Cool, you guys got a paypal or a preferd payment option?? Here is my delima though. I don't know if paying for a full flash is worth it. Because as soon as I get home I am going to throw a turbo back on and maybe an intake, exhaust manifold. Any suggestions?? Sorry internet time is limited over here or I would search more.

All of this information is listed in the many, many tuning threads with all the details. I don't know what you mean by "as soon as I get home," but if you're going to add all those mods soon, then just get a base flash. YOu won't need a deposit then...
