I got a mail in flash in person from Al a few months ago and the car still feels great. I had a custom tune with an AFC on the dyno with a 11.8:1 a/f and the car feels alot smoother and felt as if the car pulled longer before the power started to fall off after the flash. Then I added a 10.5 hotside and a SS o2(w/o a reflash) and the car is now very fast for a a full weight street car with only bolt ons.

I got my ECU back from Al yesterday but didn't have a chance to get on it 'till today 'cuz I was waiting on my Walbro to get here (which it did today). After installing I went for a spin and from the moment I stepped on the gas "till about 20 minutes after parking and getting out of my car I had a grin from ear to ear. Awesome... and that's just a mail-in.

Now I just gotta master the two-step. Thanks Al.

That's cool man. it shows that there is more positive then negative. Also as you can see so far there are many that will vouch for Al. Maybe once you get your tune you will be one more person who will be happy and could vouch for him.

Amen to that. I remember when I got my car tuned and my first drive with my new found power. I couldnt stop smiling. I felt like a kid with a new toy all over again

I recv'd my EFlash a few weeks ago.

Car has much more mid range grunt and keeps pulling to redline. Car's overall driveability has been smoothed out tremendously.

The main selling point for me was the ability to flash my car myself.

You can't refute the facts. Al has flashed thousands of cars - and his track record is stellar.

I can't wait to get my custom flash in August.

I had Al's custom flash prior to my AEM and it performed kick *** and did so flawlessly. I ran a 12.07 @ 111mph on 100 octane unleaded with only a cat back exhaust, boost controller, K&N drop in, and Exedy clutch. He also went out of his way to help me at the Buschur DSM/EVO shootout showing me how to install the Buschur race chip.

Thanks for making this thread. After reading some of these threads over the last couple days I was seriously reconsidering my options for an ECU flash.

Now I can't wait until my cable comes next week. I plan on having Al do an Eflash for me ASAP.

Does anyone know if Al is going to be coming to St. Louis in the near future? I'd love to get a custom tune from him.
