Eflash - paid on the 4th, no answer to any pm's or emails.....

No looking to start anything, I don't want a refund, I don’t mind the wait. I would just like some form of acknowledgement that my info has been received. I know the paypal went through. I pm'ed Al three times, no response. Heck, they haven’t even been read. Same with the two emails I sent. I pm'ed warrtalon, he read it, but no response.

Yes I know Al has been busy, but I see he has responded to posts here a few times. You would think if you had time to post then he could at least respond to a few pm's.

Any info on ETA or even if you lost my info would be appreciated.

Have you been authorized to post this thread? If you don't know what that means, you're in trouble. Prepare to be lambasted by Warrtalon. Al has been very busy, but I'm sure he'll take care of you.

autorized...? Cant a paying customer state he hasn't been helped or acknowledged of his earned money he has spent? Especailly in the propper fourm of "DynoFlash"... I can tell everyone is tired of seeing these threads... But all i can say is provide decent customer service and when you make promises KEEP THEM..And you will have good long term customers who dont mind the wait. Its all about how you treat them and inform them.

Thats it...



I paid July 24th... STILL NO FLASH!

You know I am not sure how to take warrtalon, I have been sponsered by many diff companies when i raced bikes so you cant fault the guy for defending his sponsers. BUT IMO i think he takes it PERSONALLY and then lashes out, THEN tries to help out. Not really sure how to take that guy and I wish him no ill feelings. But he comes on a lil harsh sometimes. I am sure he will flame me for this post since i was not "authorized" but oh well i can take it. Later all

I am going to set up a seperate email address for E FLASH orders which should resolve the delays

Of course the fact that I traveled 10,000 miles in the past 10 days does not help matters

Nope, no refund. At this point of waiting the time i have i would like my flash.. Being you did say you have been working on it and it was going to take just a few more days. So its done right? Since you have started on it it should be ready to go. . I would love to have what i have been waiting for. If you dont think you can provide me with the flash i need because of my upgraded injectors i completely understand that its not something you can offer. But being you said you can do it with more time then i would love very much so to have a flash.
