Number 8 is already on the list and has had a depoist in for some time

The depoists are non refundable - period

I do make exceptions for people who cancel before I book my flight or for whom another person takes there spot (a new customer)

I am not in the business of collection depoists - the purpose of the depoist is to assure the customer's presense so that we can tune the car - that is what I do.
