It is a common mis-conception that you need a parge wastegate to make big power

In fact - you really need a wastegate large enough to divert enough exhaust to maintain a LOW enough boost level for your application

If the 38 can run you at 14 PSI 0- which it can - the adding a larger gate will not help you in any manner

For reference the very popular AMS GT 35 R kit uses the same exact turbo as this kit and the same Tial 38 mm gate

The dyno you refer too above, what turbo was that with? And what does 400whp on Buschurs dyno typically trap? Also does the kit come with a LICP?

Al, did you tune any car with this similar setup using your flash instead of the EMS? How much power do you think it will lag behind the AEM EMS (if any) comparing to stock flashed ECU?

+1 I'd like to see the internal passages of the mani too if you have them.

Correct! And they are only $289.99 @ http://teamdmotorsport.com/

In fact Team D has this same kit and all the hot parts are thermally coated for $2500-$2600. Their recent ad on evom disappeared mysteriously...I wonder if they were turned into the mods bacause they didn't have their vendor status...conspiracy?
