Al, thanks.

Al,

Thanks for making the trip out here without your ususal 3 day tune fest. I was not planning on being tuned because I would not have the time to get al the mods installed before you got here. However, once I heard that you were coming out here for sure I worked every night after I got home from work to get the car ready for your tune. This was my 3rd tune with you on two different Evos and as before my car runs better and more importantly more safely than it did when I brought it to you. For me, your tuning price is worth it just knowing that my Evo's engine is not constantly walking the computer controlled line between knock sums and pulled timing. One can always feel this improvement by a smoother power delivery after your tune than before it. My car definitely pulls smoother with more power throughout the rev range now than before you tuned it.

Great work Carlos!! I am hoping to have an STi customer for Al as well for the next trip.

I would also like to give a shout out to Al and Carlos..... they have been a tremendous help to me and my Evo. In fact, Carlos is a big reason why Im driving an Evo today Also, I want to thank Warrtalon for helping me with technical advice and answering my questions so quickly as I learn more about the Evos.

Looking forward to the next trip.

^^^Thanks Bill...

I have a master plan. I believe I already have enough people but I don't want to release the list yet, it is part of being conservative and not over confident..

On the next trip we will put Al's to a new challenge, he will be tuning my Eclipse GSX using a DSM link and he will also have some customers with STI. This will reflect the ability and skill that Al has to not only tune mainly Evos but also other brands.

I blindingly trust Al with his tunes.

Carlos

Ill be their next time with a lots of tuning under my belt now that my ecu is unlocked. I want al to take a look at my street map as well as my race map and tell me if im going in the right direction. His mail in flash took me into the 12's on a slipping clutch and 23psi. Next step new clutch fo sho exedy stage or stage 2 and my first tune hoping to make it back out in a few weeks depending on clutch instal and break in. Looking for low 12's on race gas and 25-26psi.

OJ, Rob white evo RS, all I gotta say is Exedy Twin Disk, IA can do install or anybody else you trust, but Steven was fair with pricing and quick and clean as far as install, anything less at your mod/power level will be a waste.

OJ, i would suggest the twin disc also. Let me know if i can assist. I charge $400 for clutches. I did Carlos's and about 15 other EVOS here locally. You can even help out and learn alot about your car too. I do most clutches on Sunday so you wont have to miss work. Ray

Exedy twin disk is purchased and on its way. Hey Ray I may be hitting you up about that install in about two weeks going outta town this week so I wontbe around. Got my eyes set on you fastrob after clutch and tuning we gonna have to mix it up at the track of course maybe we can push one another in to that 11sec club stiff competetion always made me faster. While were their we need to get jusa4bngr05mr some seat time and in to the 12s.
