A baseflash on a 100% stock IX will get you to, if not a horsepower or two below, 300whp and 300wtq. A fuel pump is highly recommended for that. This is the normal cost.
A custom tune will definitly get you at least 300whp and 300wtq, which is also a normal cost.

What's the Outcome
What would be the outcome with hp and trq after a base reflash on a 04 Evo RS with a Hks Air, Walbro 255, Megan Cat with test pipe?? What else would be added besides the increase in hp and trq?? Thanks for your time

You should be at at least 300whp and 300wtq too.
It will raise your MPG, level out A/F ratios allowing your car to run safer and smoother, remove the stock rev limiter, set the 2-step to 5800 instead of 5000, etc.
