Your WB sensor isnt suppose to be that close. Read the Innovate instruction, say like 24 (or 36) inches or more. You WB is gonna die runing it that close.

and yes you need two 02 sensors. one in front and back

hahaha....i believe the front o2 sensor is important....it actually reads and sends info to the ecu and the ecu uses that data to run the car properly....the back one in the exhaust is the one you don't need...that one is just used for afr readings aka wideband....so i'd get that front o2 sensor back in!

How important is the front o2 sensor?

I paid a shop to install my innovate wideband. They took off the front o2 sensor and put the sensor of the wideband. Of course im gonna get a code(P0135) Monday i went back there and the guy said ""]you don't need two o2 sensor coz you already have one at the back!""
Im getting tune in your New Orleans trip next week... what's the best I can do with the front o2 sensor?

 

You MUST have a Front 02 sesnor or your car cant do closed loop properly - in fact without the font )2 sensor your car will dump rich as can be on closed loop - you shoudl replace the front o2 sesnor where it was and put the innovtae in the supplied bung somewhere in the down pipe

your front 02 is vital to your car. the rear is just used to confirm the cat is working. the front is used to maintain stoch during closed loop operation, for eg part throttle cruising. put your front 02 back in now.

no wonder it runs crappy cruising on 5th gear... at first i thought it was the hks 280's and needed a tune and i also see the afr jumping from 14.8 to 10.2 and feels like stutering a little bit evrytime i give it more throttle so i just barely push the throttle in 5th gear...

 

i remember we unpluged mine for my aem ems is this right???

 

When you use the AEM the stock 02 sensor is of no use

When you use the stock ecu you must use the stock front 02 sesnor
