whatch ya think?

Hey not to long ago I got a Custom street tune from you,

My mods were:
Injen Intake
HKS 272's
Full Exhaust
Megan Manifold
Ebay O2 housing
255 walbro
HPF Lower intercooler pipe
Halman at 21psi
91 oct

And i wanted to add a couple mods.. just simple ones
an Intercooler and maybe a ported stock manifold

with those mods would i HAVE to have a retune i mean i know i would need to retune to get the real benfits of the parts however would i be ok with my current tune?

let me know what you think other peeps can jump in as well.

Thanks,
Vincent

Minor mods usually do not require a complete re-tune

With that said, adding a fmic is something that can find you additional power with tuning that takes the cooler charge temps into account. This is particularly the case on 91 octane fuel.

Ideally, if I am visting your area I can do some tweaking on the present map - say with a one hour session.

At the very least, it is a good idea to try and log some data and have me review how your car is running even if it is remotely.

Also, wideband 02 sensors have become very inexpensive and should be a must in any car.

yea i would most def get you to retune it! however i just wanna make sure it's safe to add those mods

also does a bigger hot side count as a minor mod as well?

i believe those will be my next mods the hotside, intercooler, and ported manifold

thanks
