dyno flash.... when you send them your map and they return it back is there really a difference in the tune when you list your mods more specifically an upgraded fuel pump, walbro 255 hfp ? vs the stock pump....? do they ask this so they can push the tune further?

 

That is something that the car should already have inorder to run more boost.

 

yes yes i know that but what im asking is the reason that they ask if you have an upgraded fuel pump? so they could push the car further? because i was gonna use a friends map from dynoflash but the only diff in mods that i have is a fuel pump amd frontmount/lower piping

I would NOT use the map designed for use with a fuel pump without a fuel pump

I have a whole range of maping set up to work with the stock fuel pump

However, as previously suggested - I advise everyone to use a upgraded walbro fuel pump on any modfied evo

 

the map of that im thinkin of loadin up is my friends WHICH is tuned for the stock fuel pump... i askin if i were to use his would it bring any harm as because i have a walbro 255 and fmount lower piping on my evo

 

It would be overly rich on your car - why not just buy the correct map instead of high jacking your friend's map ?
