AEM wideband starting to Run Lean

Not sure when it started to happen, but today i noticed that under normal driving conditions and WOT my AEM wideband is reading about 1.5 higher for my afrs. After tuning last summer, and pretty much since then, my afrs have been running about 10.8-11.2 under WOT, now it is reading 12-12.6. Any ideas to why the change? Is something wrong with my sensor potentially?

Any ideas?

It could be an ignition problem as Suman has suggested or it could be that the sensor is going bad.
