mail in question

I've been living with the mail in for a while on my 03 VIII. One thing that's never really felt right is how the upper throttle range just goes numb, the car feels more responsive at mid range. The more I push it the more it doesn't want to go.

The car is painfully stock save for a JDM DV and a K&N drop in and the mail in. I'd like to do more to it, but its a 85k daily driver and I don't know if its worth it.

How long ago did you do the mail in - did it have the ecu controled boost feature and did you remove the upper wastegate boost pill ?

I've had it for about two years or so; it has the stock boost pills. My VIII is a second owner car, and the original owner had a EBC on the car that was removed when it went back to the dealer (and sold to me), I had to go in and replace the hoses with the boost pills with the part from Mitsubishi.

I think it has the ECU boost feature, it holds boost where the stock tune knocks it off.

You probably have the old version boost set up

I would suggest to ship in the ecu and I will update it with my newest tuning methods and updates

Cost is $100 with return fed ex overnight included

I'm going to be out of town for about a week next month, that would be a good time to do that so I can afford to have the car down.

I lost my alternate ride to work, and now am looking at finally getting my reflash done. I know December is a favorite vacation month; I'd like to mail it in the second or third week of December. Would that work out?
