dynoflash queston

i plan on buying cams but i wanted to know when i get the car from the shop when its all done can i drive my car since its not flashed for the upgrade, and do youll know what would be the best cams to go with to not change anything want to use my stock stuff

You can drive it, just stay off boost untill you get it retuned.

i would go with some proven hks or gsc 272s or w/e you want for whatever you are doing. just make sure you don't have to upgrade your valvetrain. i went with 272s because mine is just a roadwarrior, however i now kind of regret that, 264i/272e would of been much better for autocross.

As the other gentleman has suggested, it is fine to drive the car off boost and cruise home from getting cams installed or drive coast to coast as long as you stay off boost and on closed loop operation.

As far as cams, IMHO the highest quality and best cams are the HKS. I have never seen a bad HKS cam - ever. Cosworth is my second choice. In cams you get what you pay for.

I did not say that GSC are good or not good

I am simply giving my suggestions and opinions based upon my experience
