i need some help..im having a hard time tuneing my utec and the downloadable maps from turboxs make my evo run like ***. does anyone have a map the can send to me or just give me some help on how to do this..im a retard when it comes to tuneing on a laptop!

 

I have a lot of respect for TX's and their efforts. However, I would highly advise that you get rid of the UTEC and just use a reflash. With the advent of ecu flash application and the power to have a high degree of control and data logging on the stock ecu there is no reason to run a UTEC.

You could try one of my mail in or eflashes to start and then use that as a starting point to fine tune it or just run on the base flash I provide, with 6 years of experience tuning the Evos on a daily basis the base maps I use run very well.

If your heart is set on the UTEC - I would suggest giving TX's a call directly I have found them to be great in customer support when ever I needed assitance in the past.
