I concur with Jimmy on that one.

We have also been working with the Forced Performace cams and they have shown to really work well on the IX.

The FP are a bit rougher in the idel than the Cosworth but they really make exceptional power gains and the retail price is suprizingly reasonable. PM me if you want a price quote on any of them as we are Cosworth and FP dealers.

Ok sounds good. I as i research through the site it seems springs and retainers are a must for the cosworth. I will be keeping my Rpm range were you set it but it's still under 8k so is this step really necessary. I will not be upgrading my turbo car makes plenty of power and i do not want to lose the 2800rpm full spool it makes a huge difference.

HKS 280s, you wouldn't need to upgrade your valvetrain as far as I know.

There is no need to update the valve train with any of the cams I have mentioned PROVIDED you are maintaining a stock rev limit which is the most you are advised to mainatin with the stock rods

IF you are going to rev over 7800 you need springs and retainers
