******* new 330 whp dyno sheet w/ dark horse mod
Ok guys - here is the much anticipated dyno sheet for Willie with the new upgraded cyln head from Dark Horse
Note - his bov was leaking so I was not able to make the power I wanted - more to come - but a nice start !- we only did one set of adjustments over the road tune

Most stock bov's are fine up to the limits of the stock turbo
This particular car is hitting ver hard and spooling hard so it won't hold
He needs a bov
I predict at least 350 whp with the Dyno Flash for this set up
The head work by Dark Horse is certainly showing us very good potential with a super quiet and smooth and QUIET engine
Very important when tuing with the factory knock sensor fully active as we do
I'm sure the info is out there elsewhere, however.. Would it be at all possible to get Darkhorse to chime in on exactly what's done to the head? Also as, YellowFever posted, a modlist would be helpful as well.

don't take this dyno sheet too seriously - its more like a comming attraction - his bov was leaking bad and we really sould not build any serious boost
This car will crack 350 on the stock turbo with a good bov and correct two issues with his car - 1 a necked down cat back and 2 - stock tirbo to fmic pipe

Its not very often we stop after 3 pulls ! Pointless to go further with a boost leak

Willie, get yourself a Buschur IC piping kit, the 1G valve it comes with is pretty damn good.

Very nice! All that was done to the head was the cam housings were clipped and rehoned to proper clearance, new valve guides installed and honed to proper clearance, ground the valve faces true, performed a multi angle valve job and set all of the margins, light port and polish on the intake and exhaust sides, blend the intake and exhaust manifolds to the ports in the head, clipped .004 from head to true and ensure flatness, and deburred and polished the combustion chambers. I beleive that the cams used were the HKS 264s and the valve springs and retainers were upgraded to the Ferrea peices. I didn;t put the head back together, Tommy did, I just did the machine and port work.
