It seems that you are pretty local to the area.... don't you think there is no need to get your panties in a twist. It would be logic for someone that lives 2 plus hours away get first crack at something compared to someone that lives probably less than 30 mins from the shop... Al is willing to work with you on this but be sure that if you **** him off you won't get s**t..... so don't **** in the wind have patients grasshopper......

If you want a full refund on the base flash you have I can offer you that or we can discuss this matter further

Very soon your invitation will be withdrawn. IQUOTE]

1)A: I'm thinking of having you remove my DL and moving on. I'm not a sheep, no one leads me around. I called you and am waiting for your reply.

2) B: Is that a threat? Al don't screw with me, you are Wrong! My buddy blew almost 1k on a test & tune. You should be thanking me, not threatning me. Your replys aren't holding much water with myself. I'm a business man also and your actions are not good for your business, believe me.

The more you write this stuff the less and less interested I am in trying to work on your car.

I asked you many posts above to stop this dialouge on here and just call me. OF COURSE today is Mother's day and I have to spend some time with my family and not talking about evos.

Finally - its interesting how you characterize your buddy's modifications as "blowing $1,000 on a "test and tune" " . I think for the record he had a Walboro 255 LPH fuel pump suplied and installed, a Aeromotive street rod fuel pressure regulator and Pruven custom anodized billet adapeter all installed, he got strapped on to the dyno to find out he did not have enough fuel for his air intake - - - then they took him OFF the dyno - installed ALL the stuff and got him back on the dyno fro over two hours of custom tuning with the full Custom Dyno Flash. Afterwards - his car was making over 280 whp without a boost controller - a very decent result and it was running as smooth as a bmw v-8 - I think you should take a look at the guy's dyno sheet and go for a ride in his car before you conclude he "Blew $1,000."

I am starting to grow very tired of the negative and abusive manner in which you post on here. I did not care for the way you peeled out of Pruven in a reckless manner and I no not care for your entire additude.

I am sorry again that we did not have enough spare parts in stock to take care of all the guy's with appointments and also take care of the few local guys without appointments like you.

Everyone else was fully taken care of except you - but then again you were the only guy who took off buring rubber in a reckless manner. The other guys understood we were working as fast as we could and taking our time to do some good tuning. We got some good results - but it takes time sometimes. there were 10 cars on the dyno yesterday - a total of 17 straight hours spent tuning for me.

At this point - I can only offer you one of two options

1 - Drop off your ecu at Pruven and I will flash you back to stock and refund your payment for the reflash

2 - Keep the base flash you have and I will offer to give you the free upgrade to Fireball 2 - - you have a Fireball 1

I AM NOT interested in doing any custom tuning work on your car

That's one reason I don't go to group dyno day, thing like this always happens and should be expected. I rather pay a little extra to have someone tune my car individually. That give the tunner enough time to tune it to its best without worrying about the next car waiting. I'm not a dynoflash customer. In fact I had my car tuned by turbotrix and I'm more than happy with the result. If you go to a dyno day where 10+ evos need to be tune in a limited time, things like this is kinda expected. I didn't see anything that Al did wrong or mistreat a custumer in the thread above, he offer you to go back and finish the tune and willing to fix whatever you are not happy with. Thats still not good enough? Business is hard now a days....you just can't make everyone happy.

Group dyno days have sevreal good advantages

1 - you get to meet a lof of good guys who also like evos

2 - you get to see how other kinds of mods work and sound on the dyno 1st hand

3 - you get to check out all the other rides there

4 - Lots of FREE pizza

5 - lower price - in this case $75.00 savings

They suck when there are problems with some cars with bad installs they got or when they are missing parts - e.g, fuel pumps and things get delayed

At MY DYNO DAYS - we take the time to get each and every tune perfect 100%

Very often we can actually spend MORE time at a dyno day as we have the dyno rented for the day - - when we just show up to do one tune there is often a non-evo car booked after us that will not and can not wait when our time is up

Like a lot of other things in life there are good parts and bad parts to dyno days

Its always fun when you just come to watch the fun

"Too bad ,abusive I don't thinks so You should talk about attitude. You really broke a sweat punching in air/fuel/timing parameters on your laptop. The other dudes working in the shop were busting their asses hooking up the cars, and running around like nuts from what I saw."

- "I'm talking the truth, I gather the truth hurts you. I called Pruven 2 days prior for the parts, no return phone calls WTF did you want me to do? Are you a shop/ tuner or what?.You beat on every car you tune don't you? Flying up and down the roads like a banshee tripping the rev limiter, Double standard you use. You also told me 3Xs that I was next on the Dyno, another BS story, Want me to keep going? You treated me like crap because I live 30 mins away from you, and I can come back at another time. That's utter BS, and you know it."

I am sorry again that we did not have enough spare parts in stock to take care of all the guy's with appointments and also take care of the few local guys without appointments like you.

"I seriously doubt your sorry at all. If you were this would have ended amicably You told me to come genius You said "NO PROBLEM" when I called you 3Xs, I was there @ 8:50 am If I had a clue you were like this I would without a doubt went elswhere" You think you are Jesus Christ of tuning" You better think again-killer"

Everyone else was fully taken care of except you - but then again you were the only guy who took off buring rubber in a reckless manner. "The other guys weren't lied to like I was. I should have said NO to everything you said about giving up the fuel pump etc. Why would I need a MBC if I didn't have a pump? Anyway you aren't the only game in town, and I don't like doing business with you either. You have a following because these dudes don't know better, they too will learn how you really are. I don't kiss *** to make my way I won't do business with Misrepresentation. You F%&ked this up because this tuning sideline is a toy for you, If this was your only livelyhood you would go out of business with your attitude Mr.Friedman esq"

At this point - I can only offer you one of two options

1 - Drop off your ecu at Pruven and I will flash you back to stock and refund your payment for the reflash -

"No thanks my driving will scare them"

2 - Keep the base flash you have and I will offer to give you the free upgrade to Fireball 2 - - you have a Fireball 1 -

"Only if I can meet you where I met you originally"

I AM NOT interested in doing any custom tuning work on your car
"That's fine with me" "I don't want you to" When will this take place? the sooner the better.

Evo Doer

I just got the word that you made a threat of physical violence to another member here and also a member of the Evo-NY crew

Here is a selected quote from your communication

"So if you want to wear panties go ahead, Get your story correct before you open your trap. If you like I can close it for you, and believe me I can "

I think you need to take a deep breath - take a step back and re-think this path you are on

In any event - becuase of your threat of physical violence against my customer I will have NOTHING further to do with you - nada nothing

Post what ever trash you want. Your behavior is deplorable and I will not lower myself to the point of dealing with an individual who acts the way you do - period.

Al,

I can't believe this guy calls himself a businessman the way he communicates on here. I can't see the big issue of you selling the mbc to a customer that travelled 2 hours + if evo doer only lives 10 miles away, and has a chance to stop by again soon! More like the attitude i would expect from a young child that can't get there own way.

It was good to meet you for the first time and the base flash works great with my few mods, even my daughter had a smile on the way home!

I was also in attendance and although Al ran late in his appointments, he stayed until the wee hours of the morning to squeeze every customer in. That is good customer service if I ever saw any. Everyone there was a die hard evo fan and it was great hooking up with other owners of all ages and locales. Evo_doer I witnessed your attitude first hand and you were out of line. Al ran out of fuel lines and MBC but he offered to DynoFlash you at cost, heavily discounted. This happens from time to time. One of the customers there had a small child walking around when you peeled out of the small parking lot at probably 60 MPH. I met others who travelled from Boston and Eastern PA and who didn't get dyno time until 2 hrs after their scheduled appointment. They all left exceedingly happy! We Evo owners are a tight knit but small community. Let's make sure we all put our best foot forward.

Al and crew: I'm still working on getting the videos up on the PC. Anyone know of a good site to host 25MB or so?

Nice to see Evo M representing at the meet!

I am going to try and plan a big meet in mid to late June

This time I want to make it less of a dyno thing - maybe even skip the tuning and instead make it a fun day for Evos so I can hang out and have more fun

I am trying to work something out with some of the Mitsu dealers in the tri-state to get them to host a big bash for us

Its all in the works but I'd like some input from you to see when you are free and also hear back from the rest of the gang when would be a good weekend to do this

As for the user "EVO DOER" I have been told that he has been making more threats of physical violence via PM. Anyone here who has recieved any such threats from him please forward them to Goggle vis PM. I think he should be aware of the kind of comments that are being made by this individual. i find them very alarming - particularly from someone who properts to be a "Civil Prosecutor" - what ever that is ?
