Al, got back my mail flash, on time, no problems. My car is stock all the way through, I don't even have a boost gauge. All I can say is: WHAT IN THE HELL WERE THE ENGINEERS THINKING? I remember my 91 DSM 4G63 being so smooth...I always wondered what happend to that motor when they put it in the Evo. Well I found out, the freeking thing was always there, it was just running like crap. I can not believe how much smoother the boost is, let alone just the overall lowered NVH levels. Its not quite M50 Beemer smooth, but it is much easier to listen to. The boost taper is gone, and its definately making a LOT more power, but the real payoff is in the overall livability of the engine.
