Next weekend is not going to work for me as I am racing at the NDRA in Atco, NJ

I am looking at the following weekend - OR sometime during the week - also maybe the weekend of the 18th - - depending on how much I can get the air fare for - I am looking at the flights now and will have some dates by tomorrow

 

Hey AL...the weekend of the 18th is the big Import Wars event at RT66 Dragaway! I'd love to see ya there too if you could swing it...if not...it's cool! Just figured I would let ya know what was going on that weekend

 

Al, I can only do this anytime before the first week of September. If you can't do that I think I just want my deposit money back. Cause I want to make this happen but obviously it seems like it's not working with you being busy with other events too. And I don't feel like waiting another couple more months cause I'm gonna be away in China for a long vacation.

 

I will know the deal by tommorrow on which date it will be - and I will certainly send you back your depoist if you can't do the date - of course that brings up back to 4 guys !

 

That sounds like a good time ! Lets hope we can add one more person to the mix and do it then

 

I just don't want to wait another 2 months to find out that it's not gonna happened again. Al I think I just want to have my deposit back then, sorry this is not working out.

 

Patience is the key when organizing an event like this one. We just got the 5th guy (again) last night and already you are backing out before I can even find some air flight bookings to see when I can get out there.

Personally - I think your $100 is not going to make or break you - you should have waited till tomorrow to see what kind of flights I could get.

In any event - it seems we have a lot of people sitting on the fence in Chi town - we have had not had this kind of issues so far in arranging a reflash trip. Its frustrating - BUT - I will not give up. I appologize to those who are stuck waiting - but as you know we need he minimum 5 guys to do the trip.

At this point - we just need one more to sign up and I can book the ticket.

 

Well, can you post out there when the time that you could be able to be up here. $100 is not a big deal to me. I just want to know the specific time that you will be able to make it up here.

Like I said, I wanted the custom tune, but I'm leaving in early September to China, and I don't how long I will be there, maybe 1 month maybe 2. So Al if you would please post a day that you could make it up here, I'm still there for the others that wanted the custom tune. I don't want to dissappoint anyone, I know how that felt from last time in July.
