Hey guys - thanks for getting those deposits in - we have TWO guys we need 3 MORE to book this trip
I was just looking at my calendar and the 31st weekend is NOT possible as I have to be in LA that weekend
So - at the preference of the two guys with deposits in - we can either do this on the 24th of July weekend - or the weekend of the 7th of August ????????
Either way you guys prefer !
Let me know

I would like Aug. 7th as the 24th would be Hot Imports Night and I sure don't want to drive my Evo there and park it outside in the ramps for the event (I'm 5hrs away so if I'm there, mine as well check out Hot Imports). There are some sick people out there that will vandalise your car cause it's the one they can't have. Last year my cousin's WRX was vandalise by some punks. He was lucky that all they did was spit snot all all over the car. Still it's a nasty thing to see. Even if it's the 24th, I will still be there and not go to the Imports event. I will pay pal you on thursday July 8th, promise....so count me in.
Hey Al, I was reading the instruction in the Tampa flash thread about your reply #192. You stated that if you had a pipe extender on your rear O2 senor, you needed a bung.
I have the 3" UR testpipe, which has the extended chamber pipe to remove the CEL. Is this a problem? I can always strap on the gutted out OEM cat and plug the O2 into that, but I feel that it creates more tubulance in the exhaust, if there is such a thing?!. By this I mean the OEM cat goes from a 2.5" flange, opens up to a triangular 4.5" width, and tapers back down to a 2.5" flange. I think the opening up and tapering down creates a strage flow disturbance in the exhaust flow, but that's just my stupid theory.
Or you know what, my RMR exhaust has a bung in it doesn't it?! Nevermind I'm just an idiot. I'll just plug up the UR testpipe and plug the O2 into the RMR. Thanks, but what do you think about my theory on the gutted OEM cat?

7/24 is better for me but that is because i'm an impatient man and cannot wait to get my custom flash with my new exhaust. but whatever is good for you guys is fine with me. i live 10 minutes away from ams.
