I am offering the super sicko LA price of $299 for anyone for a custom tune - new customer / old customer etc etc

I would also like to point out this is for a full two hours of custom tning on your car with 91 octane. Not some rush job in one hour on a dyno including straping and unstraping the car. Its my opinion that 91 octane tuning requires careful road testing and data logging after the tune to check for detonation and knock.

The situation is I have a opportunity to fly almost for free IF I can book the flight in the next week or so

In this case - I am passing the savings onto the LA members

I will need 5 guys to sign up by sending in a deposit right away to get this trip locked in

Details are located on a thread in the socalevo.net forum

Thanks

Location is yet to be decided - but in most likely hood will be the same Thousand Oaks on 101 as the last two times

Here are somne time slots for November 13, 2004

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

We will need 5 guys to sign up at the super low price of $299 in the next week or so to make this happen

Again - I have a opportunity for some super cheapo air fare which is making this possible. Do not expect these prices again the next time we come out - this is a one time offer for my friends in ww.socalevo.net

Those who wish to get a spot - send a pay pal of $75 to paypal@dynoflash.com and indicate which sopt you want - 1st come 1st served

Thanks

You can arrange dyno time if you like - there is a AWD dyno in Chatsworth near by we can book you an hour on there. However, I'll tune your car on the road. In cali on pump gas I prefer to street tune so I can determine if the car has any knock activity while it is in real world operating conditions. After I am done you can put it on the dyno and see how the numbers look and I can make any small corrections needed. You would have to pay for the dyno time in addition to the flash - about $100 per hour.

Thanks

Yes I do just about any kind of installs. However - obviously doing a major job like a cam shaft swap in the side of a parking lot or other location is obviously not in my customer's best interest. Supposing a bolt breaks off or if some hole needs tapping? Without the proper equipment its foolish to undertake such a job. Furthermore, when I am am doing mechanical work I like to take my time and do a very slow and methodical job. I certainly do not want to be under a time constraint in the middle of a tunning day and have to rush through a cam install. For all those reasons - I prefer to NOT do installs on cams while I am on road trips.

In california we have about 3 shops with whom we work - most notably Dynamic Design in Chatsworth who do all our install work and mechanical adjustments when we come out there for tuning trips.

IMHO - the most prudent manner in whcih to proceed is to arrange with me to have my local guys insall your cams a day or two before. This way they can be installed in a fully equiped work shop and if any problems develop (rare but possible) then they can be addresed. This gives you a day or two extra time to sort out any issues which may arise.

This way - when your appointment comes we can spend the entire two hours driving and tuning your car.

Thanks

I am not sure if we will be up to speed on the '05 MR tunes by that time - a lot will depend on what we find out when we start looking at the first one

Hey Al is this date set in stone? I mean what if more people would be willing to come if it were in December. I would be able to do it for sure in December because I know I will have what I need before my tune by then. Either way I still want to make it, but I know I will be ok money wise in December.

Its not set in stone until I have 5 guys booked with deposits

I think if I come in December it will be a higher price due to the air fare situation

Lets see how things pan out in the next week or two

Sounds good. Myself and evo81 are getting some more Vegas guys to come on down for a tune. Keep me informed on the dates go so I know if I can afford those cams and studs plus install plue tune. It's going to be so worth it, but I also need to save some cash for the rims evo81 is selling me once he get's his Volk le37's.
