Excellent information here. I had been wondering about upgraded fuel rails on E85 for a long time, and am glad to have found this much good, hard info.

yeah, I would upgrade to in -8an line and -6an return.

I would agree with this, however, you can get away with -6/-4 (stock sizes). I will eventually upgrade to -8/-6, because the AEM manual says that is the recommended size for 500hp and below on alcohol. They are referring to 100% alcohol though so it wouldn't be quite as much with 85%. Above 500hp they say -10/-8. I am not sure if I want to go that big though.
