When at part throttle just dipping into boost and then letting off a little, like when driving around town, the BOV (stock IX MR) will sometimes flutter a bit and my AFR goes through the floor.

I've tried fiddling with being in open loop only and then adjusting the AFR to be super lean in the load areas affected to no avail. A log shows load bouncing up and down dramatically, which is what leads me to believe it can possibly be solved through tuning.

Any ideas?
