.624 seems way too low for FIC 1000's Like Bryan said your Injector scaling is more than likely way off which complicates your cold start on e85. (what are your logged trims any way? )

I'm on stock injectors with fuel trims dialed in. I'm still having cold start issues when temps drop to about freezing it takes a good number of cranks to pop off.

60* and up the thing pops off like it did right off the showroom floor. What variables have you cold weather folks adjusted to enable quick starting when cold?

I am catless and do not have emissions testing to worry about.

On normal gas?

You can try adding cranking IPW at those colder coolant temps

I was running E85 until the temps drop. Just curious if we have found a cold start fix yet.
