Cross Country on E85
Cross Country on E85
So I am thinking about getting tuned on E85. The problem being, in about a month I am being forced to relocate to Ohio from SoCal. I have already checked and there are tons of places to get fuel when I get there, but was wondering if anyone has ever made the drive cross country on only E85 and how did they plan out where to get fuel so you don't run out down the line.
I've only searched along I-10 from Phoenix to LA - there are no E85 stations on this route.
E85 seems to be in only two general areas - (1) almost everywhere in the corn-belt and (2) in and around major metropolitain areas outside of the corn belt.
Try using this very handy E85 search engine and mapping tool to explore different routes.

I don't see much point of road triping on E85, just will have to stop more often and i doubt you will be missing the extra power cruising down the highway. Like others have said set up the map switching, which reminds me i need to do that soon as well, haha.
