would this line be ok to run with E85. need just a short stretch from fpr to return

Good question for sure. From what I can see the SAE30r6 spec is for burst strength.
I found 2 sites that noted OK for ethanol use & 1 site that noted not for fuel injected applications.
The JEGS site also notes for carburetor applications
Probably best to post this in the Engine thread where guys, Im sure, have changed fuel lines

My guess is 'no' on this particular hose. But I'm just guessing. Since it states for carb use I'm surmising it is NOT for fuel injection use.
I'd say any hose rated for use in a modern fuel injected car is going to be just fine with E85.
