Just a quick Q, I am wondering what most people are seeing for their AFR's who are running E85 on a 2.3L 2150cc injectors? On my AEM Gas wideband, I'm reading mid to upper 11's at idle. Not sure if this is what others are seeing?

 

I'm on 2.4 and slightly smaller injectors but you should be seeing your a/f around 13ish to 15ish at idle. Your are running rich. Did you just put the 2150's in without tuning the car?

 

no.. it's completely tuned and why I was asking. I thought that it is very rich.

 

Since you have an VIII you need to do the minimum IPW patch...

 

That is rich no matter what fuel or setup you have at idle

 

Is this already incorporated into the Tephra v7's?

This was my thought exactly but was told otherwise because of the 2150's by my tuner.

 

No it is not incorporated, it is a patch... scroll through this thread and find your ROM ID and implement the patch and set Minimum IPW to 1.040 and give it a try.

that patch worked great! Im sitting near 14-15 AFR now with 1.128 min IPW. This great info! Now Ive been messing with my cold start. Where are the people running their desired ISCV tables at, rem the 2150cc injector e85 people.
