Argree! It's one of the best investment for the evo. I rather have it than a cluster of useless gauges.

Its an easy way to be safe and sound while tuning.

Look at the SSi4 from InnovateMotorsports and LogWorks.

As long as you gauge has 0-5V output, you can log it in LogWorks. I will be using this to log boost and wideband. I have a GM 3.3 bar Map Sensor (yes 3.3 bar, not 3 bar) that I will be using. The 3.3 bar sensor is much more compact than the standard 3-bar. It was a great find.

Speaking of laptops, on the download page, it lists the software as being for Windows XP. For those of us with older "logging laptops," have there been any issues running an older OS like Windows 2000?

I just don't have access to any pre-XP machines anymore. The drivers and code *should* work. Give it a try and let me know.

Just tried to load on my Win 98 SE laptop and got the below error. I did finish the install though. Haven't tried to see if it works or not.

Win98 would definitely be a no-go. Win2k would be as far back as I would try.

Kinda figured, but felt like giving it a try. Guess it is time to get a newer laptop for my car/son.
