HKS Foam Panel filter only. It doesn't run lean on full load, and with that sort of magnitude of timing difference I think it would.

Personally I think it would "slightly" run a bit less MAF HZ with a foam panel over a cotton gauze and metal screen such as the K&N. I would only think 1-2* max higher timing though.
