when reading a 03 does it always come up in the ecuflash program as a 04 program?

I had a long reply that got lost when my machine rebooted before I submitted it.. But basically, there are some 03 specific roms, but generally you'd see them in 03's and 04's, so the first person to make the definition for the roms, stuck in the 04 date since it really didn't matter.
