Vehicle Speed (kph) Confirmed on US EVO8

Hey jcsbanks, I took a log today and confirmed that your .xml does indeed work for vehicle speed on a USDM EVO8.

Location ID: 2F
Scale: 2x for kph (2 * x * 0.621371192 to get MPH)

I verified at 10mph, 20mph, 30mph, 40mph, 50mph, and 60mph. I'm not sure if it holds for higher speeds, but it seems likely. I'll try to verify later.

Excellent. My UK car is a JDM with a kph-mph speedo. So unless there is a speedo converter, it seems that cars from anywhere will display this in the units of the speed with the conversion 2x.

normally Mitsu ECU will report you in metric or assembly language.

2x = kph
1.2428x = mph
